Trader Joe’s Gnocchi and Sausage One Pan Dinner

This dinner adds a nice change up to your regular weeknight schedule. Only using one pan and taking 30 minutes isn’t a bad trade for a home cooked meal.

Ingredients

  • Half and Half

  • Cauliflower Gnochhi

  • Any sausage of your choice

  • Parmesan cheese

  • Baby spinach

Directions

  1. Preheat large pan on stove to medium heat.

  2. Cut Sausage into bite size rounds and add them to the pan with a small amount of oil.

  3. Cook until browned (about 7 minutes) then remove and set aside.

  4. Add in frozen gnocchi to pan along with a little more oil. Cook until golden brown (usually about 10 minutes)

  5. Add in about a cup of half and half and a handful of baby spinach. Let the spinach wilt for a few minutes.

  6. Add in grated parmesan until you like the taste and consistency.

  7. At this point season with salt and pepper and anything else you have on hand. I used paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder.

  8. If you want to add a little more sauce just mix in some more half and half with more parmesan until it gets to the amount of sauce you prefer.

  9. Add Sausage back into pan and serve!
