Trader Joe’s Birria Tacos

Ingredients

  • One pack trader joe’s frozen birria

  • One pack corn tortillas

  • cilantro

  • onion

  • (optional) Oaxaca cheese

Instructions

  • heat frozen birria over medium low heat in a pot

  • Place pan over medium heat next to pot

  • dip tortilla in birria pot then place onto pan

  • add meat, cheese, and other toppings then fold and fry on both sides

  • Remove and let cool and enjoy
